This morning we set out on our first Sunday in Paris. We enjoyed a great walk of around 45 minutes to Bethanie, a part of the L’Église Reformé. Being just a little Church, you would miss if you weren’t looking for it. It looks like it could be just another store front along the street. The church meets in one fairly large room with a beautiful little wood pipe organ in a loft area in the back. Also, there is a little kids corner with little tables and chairs with paper and markers and a shelf with books. The girls sat together and played quite happily there while we talked. As the service started we were pleasantly surprised to find that we knew a couple of the Hymns (though they of course had French words) which made it much easier to follow, and that they used the same confession of faith.
